2. Services and Appointments

  • Our services include speech pathology assessments, therapy, coaching, and group programs. Services may be delivered in-person, via telehealth, or at partnering schools.

  • Bookings and service delivery are governed by our Service Agreement, Cancellation Policy, and Consent Forms, which must be signed before therapy begins. These are available securely via Splose.

  • Telehealth services are subject to internet availability and may vary in effectiveness depending on individual circumstances.

  • Promotions, discounts, and giveaways are subject to specific Terms & Conditions, which will be published for each promotion. Participation does not create a guarantee of therapeutic outcomes.

 

3. Fees and Payments

  • Service fees are outlined in the Service Agreement and may follow or exceed the NDIS Pricing Arrangements.

  • We work with NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed only.

  • Payments may be made directly, or invoices may be issued to your plan manager. If your plan does not cover the services, you are responsible for payment.

  • As a non-registered NDIS provider, our fees may exceed standard NDIS rates. You are responsible for any “gap fee” not covered by your plan.

 

4. Forms and Consents

  • During intake you may be asked to complete forms such as:

    • Client Intake Form

    • Service Agreement (NDIS or Private)

    • Cancellation Policy Acknowledgement

    • Telehealth Consent Form

    • Consent to Share Information

    • Feedback and Complaints Form

  • All forms are submitted via Splose and managed in line with our Privacy Policy.

 

5. Privacy and Data Collection

  • Personal and health information is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and stored securely.

  • By using our services, you consent to this data being used for healthcare delivery, communication, and invoicing.

  • Some promotional activities (e.g. giveaways, testimonials, case studies) may request additional consent. Participation is always voluntary.​​

  • Little Gumnut Speech is committed to upholding child safety and welfare obligations. If concerns arise during service delivery, we may act in line with mandatory reporting laws and professional obligations under Australian law.
